excellent hotel experience
central location loan umbrellas illy machine
i found the hotel very centrally located.. it allowed easy access to major attractions. loan umbrellas were a nice touch on rainy days. i appreciated the illy coffee machine with pods in the room.
the thin floorboards allowed me to hear walking and muffled conversations from the room above. i also heard loud cleaning starting early each morning. the noise included moving furniture and bangs, which woke me up.

small room lack of cleaning
the location was acceptable for exploring the area.
the room was quite small. the bathroom felt cramped, and it was hard to move around freely. also, the lack of proper cleaning was frustrating. i had to request fresh towels, and the trash wasn't emptied.

accommodating staff quick service friendly bar excellent cleanliness
i found the staff accommodating . the bar staff were quick with service and quite friendly (it really made a difference). the hotel was impressively clean. i will certainly consider staying here again for future trips.
The minibar made a bit of noise during the night. It was a minor inconvenience.

mismatched pictures different bathroom
the room i received did not match the advertised pictures. i expected curved windows and a separated bathroom with tile. instead, i got something different (this was quite disappointing).

fantastic central stay
helpful staff comfortable beds
The hotel's location was convenient. It was so close to everything. i also found the bathroom to be fully equipped, a very nice feature. the beds were comfortable, and the staff were helpful. public parking was available around the corner.

A Balanced Stay
central location friendly staff small room lingering smell
The location was very central. It was easy to get to Tivoli Gardens and other attractions. I found the staff to be quite friendly (which I always appreciate). The bed was large and offered good comfort.
The room was smaller than I expected. I noticed it did not have a lot of space for luggage. Some of the cleaning products left an unpleasant smell. It lingered in the room after housekeeping had finished.

great location central train station pleasant bar nice bar comfortable bed noisy room loud room missing channels tv channels leaking air-con air-con
the location was great, very close to the central train station. the bar was nice. the bed was also very comfortable..
the room was quite noisy in the morning and evening because it was right at the beginning of the corridor. the tv did not have all the channels listed in the welcome book. the air conditioning leaked a bit and made a loud noise, so i did not use it.
